QNG Certification is only awarded to completed buildings and is not currently available for building products. Hence, any statements stating that it is necessary to use only selected building products that have been awarded a QNG Certification in order to ensure QNG Certification are consequently incorrect. However, QNG Certification does require that building products and materials fulfil certain requirements (see Annex 3.1.3).
